Add the miso, honey, and olive oil to the bottom of a medium bowl. Whisk or stir to make a smooth paste.
Add the broccolini and stir to coat it well with the miso glaze.
Spread the broccolini out evenly over the surface of a tray-style air fryer.
Air fry for 7 minutes at 425°F. Flip the broccolini for even cooking and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes again at 425°F.
Transfer to a serving platter and serve immediately, squeezing over some fresh lemon juice, if desired.
