Equipment

  • 1 sheet pan

Ingredients

  • 32 club crackers
  • 8 slices bacon
  • ½ cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper (ground)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Cut each slice of bacon into 4 pieces.
  • Chop the rosemary into very fine pieces. Combine the rosemary with the brown sugar and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • Lay the crackers out in a single layer on the sheet pan.
  • Place one piece of bacon onto each cracker. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture evenly over all the crackers.
  • Bake the crackers for about 25 minutes, until the bacon is crisped and the sugar creates a shiny glaze.
  • Allow the crackers to cool completely on the pan. Serve at room temperature.
