Zest your lime over a medium bowl. Juice the lime.
Combine the spices, salt, juice and zest of the lime, and olive oil in the medium bowl.
Coat the chicken thighs well with the spice paste and allow them to marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Line a sheet pan with foil and place a cooling rack over the top. Adjust the oven shelves so that the rack is about 6 inches from the heating element or gas flame.
Preheat the broiler for 5 minutes.
Lay the marinated chicken in a single layer over the cooling rack. Broil for 4-5 minutes per side.
Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes, then transfer it to a cutting board.
Slice or cube the chicken and serve while hot.
