Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Lay the crackers out in a single layer on the sheet pan.
Place one piece of pepperoni onto each cracker.
Bake the crackers for about 10-12 minutes, until the pepperoni is crisped and the crackers are a deep golden brown.
Drizzle the baked crackers with the honey. Sprinkle the crushed red pepper over the the top of the crackers.
Allow the crackers to cool on the pan for 10 minutes.
Transfer the crackers to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve at room temperature.
